Our cider

Brownrigg Hard Cider is new on the market as of September 2017. We are proud to showcase local abundance, exclusively using Washington state apple juice and growing many of our flavor additions ourselves. We select from a variety of yeasts and use only fresh pressed apple juice resulting in a delicious and sessionable beverage.

Dry   

Unfiltered, fresh pressed juice from Washington state apples. Cloudy, carbonated. 5.5% ABV

Cherry Cardamom

Unfiltered, fresh pressed juice from Washington state apples, sour and sweet cherry juice, cardamom simple syrup.  Clear, carbonated. 5.0% ABV

Sidra

High tannin and acid blend, fresh pressed Washington state apples. Unfiltered, oak maturation, oxygenated Spanish-style cider. Mostly clear, still. 5.5% ABV

Rum Barrel

Unfiltered, fresh pressed juice from Washington state apples. Three month maturation in 3 Howls Rum barrels. Mostly clear, carbonated. 7.5% ABV

Fig Leaf

Unfiltered, fresh pressed Washington state apples. House-grown fig leaves, organic sugar. Cloudy, carbonated. 5% ABV

Ginger

Unfiltered, fresh pressed juice from Washington state apples with freshly harvested, fresh pressed ginger root. Cloudy, carbonated. 5.5% ABV

Complimentary tastings and growler sales

Our production location tasting room, 426 S Massachusetts St Unit #B, Seattle, WA 98134, is open and offering complimentary tastings and $12 growler fills every Sunday, Noon-6pm. Contact us for tastings and sales during the week.
